Mike Jacobs:
Director
Mike Jacobs brings a wealth of knowledge to the table through more than two decades of hands on experience in many industry sectors, coupled with a wide range of educational achievements and memberships.
From Production Engineering through to Business Development and General Management, Mike has obtained in-depth knowledge by working within the following industry sectors:

Throughout Mike’s career he has worked in companies experiencing significant growth. By developing systems and structures within these organisations Mike has been able to reduce waste, increase productivity, and profitability, whilst also developing employees both as individuals and within the overall team environment with measurable results.
Obtaining both a National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (NCE) and a New Zealand Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (NZCE) from Christchurch Polytechnic in New Zealand set Mike on his career path in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
More recently Mike has obtained a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Business (UNSW) in their EMBA programme.
Mike is also a senior member in the Society of Manufacturing Engineers www.sme.org Chapter 415 – New Zealand (Since 1994), and is Chair of Kiwi Connect in Australia www.kiwiconnect.org
Brad Morgan:
Quality Systems Specialist
With over 20 years’ experience serving both the public and private sectors, Brad Morgan brings his knowledge of corporate finance, IT solutions and credit management to Mike Jacobs & Associates – providing an added dimension to our services.
With previous roles spanning FMCG, Government and Telecommunications, Brad brings to the table an in-depth understanding of the world of corporate finance and some of the cornerstone IT solutions that work best in these environments. Daily experience in multiple software platforms and packages is also aided by a Diploma of Information Technology from TAFE Tasmania.
Michael Cranna:
Country Manager, New Zealand
Michael Cranna, MJ&A’s New Zealand Country Manager, has over 20 years’ experience of working in research and business consultancy, both in New Zealand and overseas.
Michael spent 11 years working in London, where he held senior management positions with Accenture and IDC, which included responsibilities for international global research programmes and consulting projects.
He moved back to New Zealand in 1999, where he has held senior management positions with IDC, Auckland Council and Telecom, before moving to MJ&A in 2014.
A keen drummer and tennis player, Michael is enjoying both the exceptional lifestyle the Southern Hemisphere has to offer, and the challenge of building the MJ&A business in such an exciting locality as the Asia Pacific region
